When One Mane Ranch owners Kelly & Barbara Jamison purchased the property in 2016, it was in a state of major disrepair.

Kelly & Barbara had a vision of what the property could be and embarked on a journey to create one of the premier horse event facilities in the Northwest. Kelly’s background in high level Mountain Trail Competitions has led to the creation and continued evolution of the ranch’s multi acre trail course.

Our partnership with Shawn Deal Performance Horses has been an intricate part of improving our facility and attracting a variety of horseman to our events.

The Jamisons are very passionate about providing a professional & welcoming environment where riders of all levels & their families can work on improving their horsemanship skills.  The ranch is located at 29710 Farmway Rd, Caldwell Idaho in the Sand Hollow area west of Caldwell.
